#6 Change in control key operation

When I click on a URL in a web page that opens a new
browser I must hold the control key to open the new
browser. So far so good, but when I release the control
key, the new browser is shut by PUK.

I'd like it to remain open as it does in Popup Stopper.
Just for that one page and just that one time, I don't
want to add the page to a "don't kill" list, I want it killed
next time unless I hold the control key.

I guess what I'm asking is that the control key grant
permission to open a new page and leave it open.
