#9 One directory setup

Would it be possible to make PUK so that it only needs
access to one directory in order to install?

I work for an ISP, and we are allowed to surf the net, but
they don't give is a popup killer. I'd like to install PUK at
work, but durring the install it's trying to gain access to
the C:\WINNT and others that I don't have privilages to
write to.

It would be nice if PUK was a self-contained program
and installed everything necessary into ONE directory.

That's my suggestion. Hope it get's included in the next
release.
