I think you might have missed my point. Actually there's probably no need to go to that extreme; the existing caching is probably sufficient, it would just need to be modified to pay attention to the specified width and height once the image has actually loaded, and scale accordingly. So I take it that nobody is relying on the existing behaviour..? |
