#1 VSS exe autosearch fails if it is not on C:

When you first run PublicTest, it will automatically
search for the Visual Studio executeable file. First it
looks through the "C:\Program Files" folder, then if it is
not found, it next searches through the rest of C: for it.
If the VS exe does not exist somewhere on C:, you must
use PublicTestGui.exe to manually set the location of the
VS exe file.
