PublicDNSAdmin 1.2 Released

PublicDNSAdmin is a web interface to the PowerDNS Nameserver. The interface allows users to sign up with their domains, they can then login and manage their domain records. Admins can create templates which add set records in when a domain is added, ie automatically create a MX record, A record for www, and a A record for domain.com. Admins can optionally disable signups for a more private interface, admins can create users when logged in. Users can have various permissions- Manage Users, Create Domains, Create Templates, Edit Other Domains, Edit Other Templates etc. Download for a full experience of the interface. Just a side note, this interface will only work with the PowerDNS Nameserver (http://www.powerdns.com).

Version 1.2 Of PublicDNSAdmin brings support for these record types MBOXFW, URL, RP, HWINFO, A6, NS6. Users can now delete multiple records at once. Template admins can now delete multiple template records at once. Other changes bring in the mouseover coloring and marking from PHPMyadmin. Plus some javascript to control over weather to display a . or @, depending on the type of record.
