[Publicdnsadmin-help] problem with publick dns, please help

Hello!

Can not login to public dns for the first time - administrator/admin
do not work. Changed some lines in login.php , logined but did not get
admin privs. I added everything from mysql.sql. Please suggest what
should i do?

Also confused by this option in config
/* Master-value for the "domains"-table. See PowerDNS-docs for more info about this */
$default_master = "";
