#5 Patch for /dbbackup.php

When used with mysql, the dbbackup.php does not use the
password for the database from the configuration file.

With this patch, it does.

    Current SVN/CVS contains this fix already. Thanks tho, im
    suprised people are still using this as i havnt touched it
    in quite a while.

    I did find this in the CVS, but the problem I was having was
    that the PATH didn't have directory in in which mysqldump
    was located, so I had to fully specify the path. I will dig
    around in the php manual to see how to set PATH and your
    version of the patch will work for me as well.
