Because the location of the database open and database
close statements (and the use of the same statements in
the subroutings in the lib directory), access to the
database when retrieving the owner of the domain and
the number of records in the domain fail. This patch
will fix this problem.

Current SVN/CVS contains this fix already. Thanks tho, im
suprised people are still using this as i havnt touched it
in quite a while.
