Hi, I have two questions: 1) Is there a way to enable error reporting for command line options? 2) Is it possible and acceptable for you to use boolean options without explicitly saying =Y? Story: I tried to enable SNMP so I run ptpd with option --global:enable_snmp and nothing happened. There were no error message about wrong command line and it also did not enable SNMP. I figured that I was stupid and rerun PTPd with --global:enable_snmp=Y and it worked. There are also no error message for command line option like: --global:enable_snmp=X -X etc. Best regards, Jan |
