TiVo.pm is licensed code from TiVo.pm.
You must include the license in your distribution.
(also, you'd probably best change the description which
states
that this project is not related to TiVo in any way).

BTW, thanks for the work on this--I hope to contribute
patches
once I get details ironed out with my employer.
