Please do NOT use outdated version 0.8! Get the latest Pteros code from git repository!
Documentation would be updated accordingly soon.

First usable version of Pteros is now available in SVN. The source tree is finally more-or-less settled and the basic features of the core library are there.
The visualizer is still in embryonic stage, but it already can display, rotate, scale and translate molecules.
