TPTCArea: Width and Height is calculated wrong.
It should be:
FRight - FLeft + 1; and FBottom - FTop + 1;
because an area (rectangle) from Eg. 639 to 639 is still 1 pixel wide, not zero! ( areai.inc )
The only geometric objects with width or hight = 0 are two or one dimensional ones.
