#13 Quits immediately after opening

I am running OS X 10.3.9 on a PowerBook G4.
I have 3 problems:

1-Psynch quits immediately after opening
2-The programs does not recognize my Admin password
3-I donated, but the request still pops up every time I open the application

How can I solve these problems?

I had the same problem. You can fix it be deleting the lines pertaining to Psyncx from the /etc/crontab file. (Then it will start up again when you run it, but you'll have to recreate your backup settings in Psyncx.)
