As many looking here may know, PsyncX does not run correctly in Leopard. However there is a way to get it working again.
Its pretty straight forward, it will ask you a bunch of questions most likely as things are installed via Terminal. I just answered the defaults on all of them
Check out <http://factoryjoe.pbwiki.com/GettingPsyncXToWorkOnLeopard> for instructions to reinstall specific files and get back to getting your disks backed up :)
