#8 PsyncX v2.0 installer broken in 10.3 panther?

After upgrading to panther (clean + archive), I needed to
reinstall PsyncX. I had version 1.0 before installing panther
and tried to install version 2.0. Now I get this error:

I see that MacOSX/File.pm is actually located in /Library/
Perl/darwin but it doesn't look there. If I put it into /Library/
Perl/5.8.1 it finds it and moves on to the next error.

I don't know if this is the result of panther or the PsyncX
installer. I cannot install PsyncX 1.1 over PsyncX 2.0.
