#89 psycle to text script

I have a psycle to text script if anyone wants it. It managed the file compression and outputs the song info. I haven't tested trying to put it back together yet. seems like when I was looking through this version of it that I didn't see the names of any instruments or samples. The script is free to use in anyones project if it would be helpfull. I am not sure what I am going to do with it yet.
