#83 Old files incompatible

Hello,

In Psycle_1_12_2beta_32bits-May25 I can't open old psy files. I get errors like:

The plugin could not be found :blitzl2.dll Replacing with dummy.
The plugin could not be found :arguru reverb.dll Replacing with dummy.
The plugin could not be found :pooplog delay light.dll Replacing with dummy.

And then the UI freezes if I press play.

I'm able to open in 1.8.6.1.

Hello.

I saw that currently, Psycle is not doing a full plugin rescan on first run, so this means that probably, if you only run the may25 build, the cache does not contain the native plugins and that's why it cannot see them.

You should force a scan, either from the configuration menu, or from the add new machine dialog.

Also, Both, the may25 and the july 2018 version that I've just uploaded load and play those songs. (I'll post a news now, but it only contains two bugfixes and some better working lua scripts)

Note that I don't currently have drumatic_ve, so I can't really be sure if the VST is the problem or not.
