Hello.
Psycle originally started as a windows application.
During the course of the years, a multiplatform version was started and it could play existing songs, and had a minimally workable UI, but never came out of "alpha" status.
That code is in psycle-core, psycle-audiodrivers, psycle-helpers (this is shared), psycle-player and qpsycle (and qpsycle2).
Also, during the past of the years, some incompatibilities, and other factors made the qpsycle code not work, even though it received some changes a few years ago to get it moving again.
In the end. The stable project is Windows only and is really the only one that is usable. The linux version is just an incomplete project, that helped to improve further the Windows version (several things were started in psycle-core and were migrated partially or fully)
