#74 QPsycle: Should be able to loop a single pattern

Want to be able to loop a single pattern, possibly with the option of whether it plays with the track it is in sequencer being soloed, or with all the tracks playing.

I have implemented "loop entry" which loops an entry in the sequencer in its context (i.e. with other patterns on other lines in this pattern's timeframe being played). However, still need to be able to loop the pattern entirely by itself, irrespective of its context in the song.
