#68 QPsycle: Poor drawing performance when scrolling

When holding down the up or down arrow key, and hence scrolling through the lines quickly, the drawing updates look poor. The cursor jumps about and disappears and the whole thing feels clunky. Worse when "Center cursor" option is selected.
