#66 QPsycle: Move sequence entries past the end of the sequence track

Ticket originally opened by Neil Mather on old QPsycle's bug tracker.

Currently sequence entries are bounded by the width of their parent (a sequence line).

You can move them past now, but it doesn't scroll when you do. Suggest trying QgraphicsItem::ensureVisible(), but it needs modifying to control the scroll speed.
