#54 GOtcha score matrices to generate routinely

GOtcha requires score matrices, they need to be updated
regularly, at least every two months.

Ask David Martin, the GOtcha developer if he can do it
or find a way of updating them routinely.

Also, generate them for prokaryotic datasets.

Re. Eukaryotic datasets, pombe, mouse and rat,
Ddiscoideum, Zebrafish are missing.
