#52 EMBOSS part of psu_unnion + psu_splitter changes feature key

Peter Rice is on the case with this. It looks like that he
will change it so that any non-standard keys or qualifiers
are prepended with '*' rather than change them. Hopefully
that will make it much more flexible in the future.

A temporary fix for now is to set the EMBOSS_DATA
environment variable:

setenv EMBOSS_DATA
/nfs/pathsoft/external/bio-soft/psu_emboss/share/EMBOSS/data_psu
