#48 psu_splitter.pl script produces incorrect ID lines

The psu_splitter.pl script doesn't return the original ID
line as the ID line of the new file,

e.g.

ID Tb927_11_0 standard; DNA; UNC; 78417 BP.
FH Key Location/Qualifiers
FH
FT source 1..>78417
FT /origid="Tb927_11_04_20040218"

this then requires manual fixing of the ID lines.

the script also changes the case.
