#32 Complex scoring for Artemis

It would be useful to be able to set the /score
qualifier in new features (eg. from "Mark ORFs") based
on the GC content of the feature sequence. This will
allow the new features to be filtered by GC content.
Alternatively the filtering code (in FeatureDisplay)
should allow filtering by qualifiers other than /score.
