#24 Derivative plot for Artemis

I have a special request, that is related to my current
work on the Theileria
genome. Would it be please possible to plot in Artemis
the derivatives of the GC
content plot, against the base position (basically plot
the first derivative, ie
the rate of change of the GC content; and the second
derivative, ie the
derivative of the first one)? I guess that best would
be probably to allow the
user to choose a window for calculating the rate (ie
30, 50 or fewer bases)?
