#15 APSR channel order looks scrambled

using one of the new configurations:

pdfb3_1024_256_1024

and the channel order is scrambled. Can't see 0 or 1 due to RFI, but other channels look back to front, and channels 5 and 6 look like copies of 4 and 7.

... I think Andrew Brown will have to look into this one.
