#281 Provide more MJD precision when using ArchiveInterface

The changes introduced to fulfil feature request 280 are not backwards compatible and break scripts which worked previously. In particular, the MJD precision as produced e.g., by psredit -c int:mjd is very low and only one digit after decimal point is printed.
