#278 Lawn mower - trace in history

It would be good if the lawn mower left some trace in the file after being applied. Perhaps simply calling set_rfi_mthd? Is this actually ever used? Other RFI cleaning methods are easily detectable since they flag channels and / or subints so it can be determined from weights what was zapped but in the case of lawn mower there is no way to tell it has been applied.
