#265 antenna configuration

Currently, attributes that describe the antenna design are set by calling Telescopes::set_telescope_info (defined in Base/Extensions/Telescopes.C).

This function relies on tempo(1)-style telescope codes and the list of known antennae is incomplete ... it would be better if this information was stored in and parsed from the input data file.
