#413 pas plots differ from psrplot

I have been trying to use pas for aligning profiles at different frequencies. However, the profiles seem to contain multiple harmonics when plotted using pas which are absent using psrplot -p flux.
When I tried ti use "pas -r" for aligning these profiles, one of the frquency profiles changes. Any suggetions?
