#4 cannot exit: "queue not empty"

Hello!

First off, thanks a lot for pspvc. While i can convert videos using command-line tools, i can rarely get the audio/video in sync (not sure why), and pspvc gets this right.

When i try to exit pspvc after doing a conversion, i often get an error dialog saying "queue not empty". After dismissing the dialog, pspvc refuses to exit. The only way i have found to reliably edit it is to forcefully kill it from the command line or using ctrl-alt-esc.

i'm using 0.3, by the way.
