    Hi Dr. Bach,

I'm analyzing skin conductance responses to pictorial stimuli presented for 5s. I've been analyzing the data using DCM in your PsPM toolbox. However, I'm having trouble exporting the parameters for further analysis. Every time I try to export the DCM results for a file, I get the following error:

    Running 'Export Statistics'
    Failed 'Export Statistics'
    Reference to non-existent field 'trlnames'.
    In file "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2013a\toolbox\PsPM_3.0\scr_exp.m" (v701), function "scr_exp" at line 130.
    In file "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2013a\toolbox\PsPM_3.0\scr_cfg\scr_cfg_run_export.m" (v701), function "scr_cfg_run_export" at line 25.

I've opened up the Matlab output files for DCM analyses and they do include 'trlnames'. If it helps, I've entered in the event-timing for the trials and defined the conditions manually. I would appreciate any help you could offer.

    Thank you!
    -Kent

    Hi Kent

thanks for your message, and apologies for not replying earlier - I was enjoying some much-needed Mediterranean sun. Now I'm straight back to work and could already see that I cannot replicate your error - and error messages thrown by the matlabbatch are sometimes difficult to interpret. Yet, it seems like a stupid little bug that should be easy to fix. Could you perhaps provide me with an individual DCM file, and I will be happy to look into this asap.

    Best
    Dom

    Hi Dr. Bach,

Apologies for the delay! I've been sidetracked by other projects. I have attached a DCM file. Thank you so much for your help!

    Hi Kent

thanks for sending the file. I cannot however replicate your error in the most recent version, 3.0.1 (which is backward compatible with 3.0 and only contains bugfixes and new data types, no conceptual changes). Could you update to 3.0.1 and let me know if the error still occurs?

    Best wishes
    Dom

    Hi Dr. Bach,

Updating PSPM to 3.0.1 fixed it! Thanks for your help!
