I am trying to use pspm to measure event-related heart deceleration based. We have recorded ECG using Labchart and I have a preprocessed version of the data saved as a .mat file. Is it possible to analyze this data using your scripts? I've tried commenting out lines 63 to 66 in pspm_ppu2hb, but there seems to still be an issue with the lack of an 'infos' argument. I've pasted the full error message below. Have you come across this issue in the past and do you happen to know if there is a simple way around this that would allow me to analyze my data with pspm?

Output argument "infos" (and maybe others) not assigned during call to "pspm_hb2hp".
In file "C:\Users\ich0953\Downloads\v4.0.1\pspm_cfg\pspm_cfg_run_pp_heart_data.m" (v530), function "pspm_cfg_run_pp_heart_data" at line 65.

could you use the standard import for matlab files? The required format for the matlab file is simple and is is documented in the manual. This will convert your data into a standard PsPM file and the rest should follow.
