I’ve used the AUC method but I’m not sure about the units of the output. Shall I simply described at parameter estimates?

You describe this type of analyses as spontaneous fluctuations (SF). Would it be wrong to describe it as the more widespread designation of nonspecific skin conductance (NS-SCR)?

AUC output is normalised to the duration of the data segment. Therefore AUC output is stated in data units. Put differently, AUC is the time integral of the data which is in [data units x time], and normalised AUC is AUC divided by time and just again in [data units].

If you imported the data in mcS, then AUC output is in mcS as well.

Finally, SF and NS.SCR are the same thing - Boucsein's book uses NS.SCR.

    Hope this helps.
