I want to analyse some scr signals and I'm very interested in plotting the tonic and phasic responses. How can I get it? Are they any variable of the non-linear model or the SF model?
Thank you,
Anna

at present there is no convenient way of plotting together tonic and phasic responses in either model. You can see the phasic responses in SF model review, and you can potentially reconstruct tonic and phasic responses in the non-linear model.
If there is an interesting application, we may thinking about enabling such feature.
Hope this helps

to make the PsPM non-linear model comparable with Ledalab, you'd have to change the high-pass filter in PsPM (in the model options tab). PsPM normally filters out some of the tonic activity before analysis, and Ledalab does not.
Best wishes

Hi Dominik,
How can I reconstruct tonic and phasic responses in the non linear model? can I see them in the review?
I want to compare the tonic and phasic responses with the tonic and phasic responses calculated by Ledalab. I have to study both toolbox.
Thank you,
Anna
