psp-0.5.5 is available at
ftp://psp.sourceforge.net/pub/psp/psp-0.5.5.tar.gz or through
anonymous CVS. This version marks the beginning of PSP beta testing.
The code appears to work reliably for the included samples as well as
other small sites that have been set up using PSP.

The next major challenge for PSP is overhalling the documentation and
creating resources for PSP users.

Changes from PSP 0.5.4 include:
* Regression tests should now all work.
* Majorly re-worked FCGI-ProcManager; focused on various signal handling
aspects. Added a few fixes to FCGI to acquire proper signal behavior.
* imported latest MIC3.tex documentation.
* PSP::Loader reworked. Better documentation. * Removed all dependencies on CPAN's HTML::Parser
* improved sample piles.

PSP is stable enough that I'm uploading it for inclusion in Debian woody.
The version uploaded is 0.5.4 plus many of the changes
off the PSP mainline that will form 0.5.5.
This should appear in unstable within a week or two.

I have prepared pre-alpha Debian packages of the PSP mainline.
These packages are available by adding the following line to /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://psp.sourceforge.net/ debian/
