/usr/local/psp/share/piles/guide.pile not readable: No such file or
directory

thrown at /usr/local/psp/lib/perl5/PSP/Loader.pm   (line 304)

is the error i get on all psp documents the file it is looking for is not
there and I followed the instructions to a T any other ideas?
