To regain op on opless channel only one Psotnic must sit there. Why not to enhance such feature in following way:

To reop channel only Psotnic bots must be there. Than random bot is chosen as reopper. Rest of the bots part channel for some time (from #define or .set or will wait for signal, no matter). Than reopping bot makes a quick cycle and signals to partyline that he regained op (or not if bots will return after some time, depends on coding). And voila, channel is reopped and other bots are rejoining.

Disadventage could be if there are many bots. It could lead to quick k-line for making huge mass-part/join.

We should also disable such feature during split.

It can also detect split if there was opless situation and part channel for LDCTL time from /stats D so channel could be automatically regained from long enough split, but this is risky algorithm and would need sepearate .set enabling (or even .cset).
