#15 statcache deprecated in python 2.3

hi,

i'm using python 2.3 + pso 0.98.C-beta.

i get a deprecated warning for the stacache module used
in parser.py.

line 146: from statcache import stat, forget

line 541: ttime = stat(filePath)[ST_MTIME]
line 568: forget(ofilePath)
line 569: forget(filePath)

maybe the linenumbers are +-1.

i commented your lines and replaced line 541 with

ttime = os.stat(filePath)[ST_MTIME]

but i'm not shure if this has the same behavior.
