Run the exact same command again (check command.txt in the run 
directory), however add -dir=name_of_run_directory unless you set 
-directory already in the original call.

In the logfile the messages from the interrupted run will be kept, so if 
you do not want duplicates of messages you should delete the old logfile 
before restarting.
