#47 THETA estimates need commas to work correclty in PsN 2.2.5

PsN translates
$THETA (0 1.23) ; 1 - Ka (1/hr)
(0 1.38) ; 2 - Cl (L/hr)
(0 2.5) ; 3 - V (L)
(0 2) ; 4 - ADD_SD

to

$THETA 0
1.23
0
1.38
0
2.5
0
2

which is incorrect. The proper translation can be achieved by using the model code:

$THETA (0,1.23) ; 1 - Ka (1/hr)
(0,1.38) ; 2 - Cl (L/hr)
(0,2.5) ; 3 - V (L)
(0,2) ; 4 - ADD_SD

However, this should work in both places.
