When launching a covariates search analysis with scm utility, one of the first thing that PSN does is to create a NONMEM script for each covariate tested. It may happen that the initial estimates attached to covaraite influence theta is set to zero

Thanks, this is a known bug. It has to do with rounding errors of the covariates statistics. I'll check it out.
