I have installed the PSM and tried running the analysis. However, this has given an error and I will be grateful if you can unravel this for me.

Hi,
This indicates that the installation was for some reason not
successful. SPSS cannot find PSMATCHING as a valid command.
Some people had trouble with a correct installation because the
downloaded file shows up as a .zip. Make sure not to unzip this, but
instead rename it .spe and install as an extension bundle (not a
custom dialog).

I have never seen such an error message. Is this an SPSS error message
or something that Windows returns (KERNELBASE.dll sounds like a
windows problem).
Sorry to say this, but I think I have to give up here - really don't
know where this error could come from.
