#70 Typo/missing clarification in fuser manpage

I'm using PSmisc 22.21 and in the manpage the option --verbose says "a particular file is being access as a mount point" where "access" should be probably "accessed". Also I'm noticing that the explanation for ACCESS does not mention that a "." is a placeholder so maybe this can get enhanced too.

I've updated the fuser man page to change to accessed and also a note about the '.' access. It is in git commit 3b5aefd on gitlab (I don't use sourceforge much).
