Most of the source in pslib is licensed under the LGPL version 2, but the COPYING file is an old copy of the GPLv2 license with the old FSF address. Could you instead include a copy of the latest LGPLv2 license? http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/lgpl-2.1.html

Also, some code is licensed under the MPL v 1.0 and MIT license. You probably should make a note of that.
