Ah yes, thank-you. This is generated by a script, so I'll just change
the script to not output duplicates...
However, there will be more peptides because, for the prophets and
Scaffold, they need to see a larger number of hits (and misses!) to get
stats.

Yes, I agree and I'll change this - maybe by adding a prefix for the
different 'types' if that sounds reasonable?

Not sure how we'd enforce in the schema? Maybe discuss at the telecon?
(btw, Last week, we decided that meaningful names weren't important for
the IDs)
