Hi David,
Yes, mzIdent has been renamed to analysisXML and its role has been
expanded to include mroe than just ms search results.
There is an example analysisXML, but it is very likely to change under
you in the next month or so, as actual development of analysisXML is
about to get underway as part of a new PSI working group. Would you like
to join ;) ? Seriously though, if you want input into the process, there
is the PSI spring meeting in San Fran the end of April (more info on the
web site).
The example analysisXML (which will change very soon, but you can get
the gist of what is in it) is here:
