Dear Linus,
the data element in the current version of mzData (1.04) contains two=20
attributes: precision and endian. The documentation to <mzArrayBinary>=20
and <intenArrayBinary> in the XML Schema says:
"The array is stored as a base64 encoded binary. The only type allowed=20
is IEEE-754 floating point; the precision must be specified as either=20
32- or 64-bit; endianess must also be specified."
This documentation can be browsed in the generated documentation at:
http://psidev.sourceforge.net/ms/xml/mzdata/mzdata.html
Behind, for example, the element mzArrayBinary is a small questionmark=20
on a yellow background. A click on this questionmark opens a little=20
window that contains additional documentation to this element. These=20
popups are generated from the xs:annotation/xs:documentation elements in=20
the XML schema.
But no worries, I also missed these questionmarks the first couple of=20
times looking the documentation...
Cheers
Kai

Real cats don't need names.
But they often get called them.
"Yaargeroffoutofityarbastard" does nicely.
