Hi, everyone.



I am delighted to report that the QC Working Group has elected a new
chair: *Wout
Bittremieux* (wou...@ua...).  Wout is an assistant
research profesor at the University of Antwerp.  A founding member of the
HUPO-PSI QC Working Group in 2016, he has played a key role in publications
and the mzQC specification documentation resulting from this team, not to
mention his enduring effort to ensure the group has regular recorded
meetings.  From the beginning, Wout has been essential personnel to the QC
team.



Dave Tabb will be retiring from the role of QC Working Group Chair,
shifting to an informal role as "Chair Emeritus."
